After baking for a decade at home, professional baker— ahem, Butterologist— Annie of Butter Lab trained and honed her pastry skills and techniques at former two Michelin star Spago Beverly Hills by Wolfgang Puck and the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand-nominated Broken Spanish in downtown Los Angeles.

Inspired by her culinary experiences and the people around her, she strives to experiment and meld new flavors to old favorites.

Based in sunny Los Angeles, Butter Lab aims to delight the palate in a fun, fresh, and whimsical manner. We believe sharing food is a very special way of bringing people together. Our hope is that in sharing flavors and desserts from a variety of cultures and countries, we can help people see the world through a wider (and more delicious!) lens!
